End of Summer Wine Dinner
Starting at 6 p.m.
$90 per person

This End of Summer Wine Dinner will feature premium wines hand selected by vintner Carl Tiedemann to pair with Executive Chef Chad Coryn’s delectable five-course dinner. There is limited seating for this exclusive dinner and tickets must be purchased by noon on August 16th.

RECEPTION: Sparkling Wine

1ST COURSE: Watermelon gazpacho with pistachio dukka and micro herbs. Paired with the 2016 Glenwood Cellars Sauvignon Blanc.

2ND COURSE: Baby greens with prosciutto, fig, gorgonzola dolce and a honey-champagne vinaigrette. Paired with the 2015 White Oak Chardonnay.

3RD COURSE: Roasted prawns with spicy grits, preserved lemon chermoula and toasted pine nuts. Paired with the 2015 Glenwood Cellars Pinot Noir.

4TH COURSE: Cider-brined Kurobuta pork tenderloin, gingered sweet potato purée, sprout slaw and pickled mustard seed. Paired with the 2016 Glenwood Cellars Merlot.

5TH COURSE: Greek yogurt panna cotta with spiced plums and honeycomb brittle. Paired with the 2008 3 Clicks Dessert Wine.



The LEX 530 Wine & Dinner Club

The LEX 530 Wine Dinner Club was started to provide its members and guests with unique dining and wine tasting opportunities. The Club’s goal is to create dinners with particular themes, prepared by LEX 530 Executive Chef Chad Coryn. Wines will be selected to accompany these special dinners. Finally and most importantly is the events are focused on creating relationships amongst its members…Relationships that will last long after the events are over.

There is an Annual Membership fee of $95 in addition to the cost for each event. The annual fee allows the Club to keep monthly event fees down and provide more exciting events.
